Congratulations! The first day at a new job is always a little bit overwhelming and can be a lot to digest. Try to get yourself on a good schedule; eating, sleeping, exercising, working, pleasure, to help keep your anxious thoughts in check.

I have started the new job, I felt a bit dizzy today, but I think it was just that I was tired and a bit nervous. Tomorrow i'm working my first 8 hour day in a long time. I"m sure it will be fine, but you know how we tend to worry. I"m excited, but i'm also just going to try not to get freaked out, as i'm going to be training tomorrow morning. I am going to only train two days this week, and start a small schedule next week. I've gotten a bit better about walking around the store, not as dizzy. I'm going to be working at Old Navy clothing store, oh and I get a super discount:)
