Hi LilyC, It sounds to me like you are so overwhelmed - like there's not enough room in your head for all the thoughts and issues you have to deal with at work, and maybe in your life in general. Think of your life as a 'life boat' - and it's sinking. You could probably reach the shore if your threw over-board some items in the boat and that would make it lighter. Do you see what I mean? Hi Maria" I am not real sure what triggered panic again, I was actually off from work on Tuesday when It started, I am not sure, I know that the pressure of work, deadlines, employee problems could have contributed to this but I am not sure, I try to search for answers much to no avail, I panic because I am not at work, I feel so confused, as I really do enjoy my job and didn't think that the stress was building up, when I looked at my paycheck from the week before I noticed I had worked 68 hours, I think I am exhausted and this could have contributed to the start of Panic once again. Right now I am trying all the tools I have learned over the years to ease the panic, it works for a while but the minute I think about going to work or even having to call in sick I am panic stricken. I don't know what to do. thank you for listening Lily

Hi ... What, do you think, was the 'trigger' that possibly caused you to have that first panic attack 'again'? How Stressful is your work and what kind of symptoms are you having to bring you to this site? Talking about them and your mindful personally true issues, may help. Bye for now, Maria

I have been on paxil for 3 yrs now (10mg) daily, all of a sudden this past week I am back to extreme panic, don't want to drive or go to work. I really like my job and it is at times very stressful and up until now I have been able to cope just fine. I am trying to see the doctor but can't seem to get an appt. please help; LilyC
