The Panic Program

hey vickers, i think that u should take ur time to get through the program, but on another program i was working with, they say not to wait until ur completely, absolutly comfortable with what u learned that week, to move on to the next. they said its good to have that bit of difficulty to keep you going. and also if u wait until something is completely easy until u move on then ur progress will be slower. work on stuff until u feel u have a handle on it, then move to the next thing. hope this helps. :)

I have a question about the program. I know it is set up over a 12 week period but I find that I tend to take my time going through it. For instance, I am now on week three and I should be on week five. I feel like I should keep working on one aspect of the program until I am comfortable enough to go to the next step. Do you think this is ok or should I make myself go to the next step regardless if I feel I am ready or not? I wonder if by taking my time doing this that I may be hindering my efforts. :quest:
