Using software, I can log mom's calories & nutrients through her diet. I think that the less sugar, and more fibre, the better she feels.
The WHO(world health org.) states that sugar should be only 5% of our calories, and that's a tough target with all the processed food around. I haven't been well for the last 10 days, so it's been hard to cook healthy meals, but the results are attainable.
Since I eat a similar diet, I can benefit too. I don't have a wireless device to use an app, so it makes it tedious, but I've found shortcuts, anyway.
