Hi Madara, This symptom is actually quite common. You may want to take the time to search through the site to see that you are not alone. I performed a search using the keyword "tingling" and there were quite a few threads that came up dealing with this symptom. I have "bumped " one forward for you, but there are others too, if you are interested. Please take the time to check out the free online program. You may find the exercises helpful in overcoming some of your symptoms. Casey ________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

I just wonder why do I have hands tingling (and sometimes face) when experiencing a panic attack? I've never heard anyone else having such symptoms. OK, I can understand that everybody is different, but still..why do I experience such unpleasant symptoms and what do they mean? When reading about panic symptoms I do not find hands tingling. Am I an exception, something outstanding? lol Your answers will be appreciated. Thanks. Have a nice day! ;p
