Thanks for the advice!
I've recently started the program so I'm not quite in control, but I'll get there. In the meantime, I'll do the best I can...

Anna,
You are in control here, challenge your anxiety and move forward. Use the program and Panic Diary to help assess the situation better.
The Panic Program teaches you things you may not understand about panic and agoraphobia, your own panic, your own panic cycle, and as you learn and get involved, you begin the journey and the process of taking back control from a fear that at the moment is controlling you.
Keep Strong,
Josie

Making decisions is one of the main cause of my anxiety. When those decisions involve or affect others, it's really hard to make them and if I can I avoid making them or give some excuse not to hurt other people's feelings and end up very very anxious for not being able to speak my mind. Something that sometimes lead to a pannic attack. Sometimes I even put myself through the event or decision itself I was trying to avoid and end up having a panic attack.
This week I'm facing one of those decisions and I'm already anxious and worrying about it because I can't say no to people.
Can anyone help me? I need some advice!
Thank you,
Ana
