hi there am desperate to try the Linden Method, just cannot afford to buy it and was wondering if anyone had it to sell to me. Would really appreciate anyones response or if anyone has tried it successfully have stopped taking beta blockers and am relying on exposure but is v hard especially with a three year old who wants to go on trains and buses etc. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
