hi lauren, its just normal you are feeling lost you just had a very sad time.you are probably wise starting your meds again it will give you a little lift at this sad time.maybe you need to try something diffrent from child minding i take it thats what you do reading your posts.i know how you feel i have had the same thing happen twice,i was very uneasy around kids when this happened to me and it took time to get things back to some kind of normality .take care dont think you will be like this forever it does get easier

I am feeling a bit anxious lately. I do not have the kids until next week but I am worrying about that already. I am thinking about not doing that anymore. I think I am going to start my zoloft again too. The past few days have been bad and I don't want to get too anxious and depressed. I feel pretty down and lost. Like I don't know what to do with myself. I feel lonely alot. I just sit at home. I work from home too and I don't really have much contact with my friends anymore. They don't have much in common with me anymore. Anyone ever feel lost? That is how Ifeel now.
