I'm not to good at the moment. I woke up early this morning and had an attack. I'm definately going to see another doctor tommorrow. I'll let you know how I go.

I'm okay. I've been having trouble sleeping at night, for the last couple of weeks, and when I do finally get to sleep I'm waking up from having bad nightmares. I rang to see if I can make an appoinment to see my doctor but I can't get in till the end of the month because she is away till then.
