Welcome Felicaixann,

It does sound normal for anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorders can be quite debilitating but the good news is anxiety is very managable. Most people don't realize that anxiety is quite common with treatment you can start to feel better relatively quickly. One of the best known treatments for anxiety disorders is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and that is what this program is based on. If you do the program here, with all the homework and continue to post in the support group you will see results. It doesn't happen over night but most people notice a difference after the first few sessions.

ive recently started some exposure  i wasnt able to even leave my room and decided something has to be done  iys ting my relationship of 2 years since im not able to do the norm  anyway ive been going on short drives  for about 2-3 weeks. i went into the gas station twice on two different occasions. im just feeling stressed.  still have panic when going on drives but not as bad i guess. ijust cant stop thinking itll never change and that ill be miserable and anxious wherever i go. i still feel ill and just all around bad. what im tryingto say is the "omg i did it" is wearing off is this normal?
