Weekend Prep

11 years ago 0 4027 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi Samantha,
One thing I'm changing is a line I draw at night, or a new rule. I'm struggling with the discovery that I'm not productive after dinner, and that I need to just wind down after dinner.  This allows me to sleep better, without doing anything challenging after dinner, and look for quality time in the evening.

An exception might me a house building course I took, since that's when it runs.  I have found that difficult, since it takes attention, and the seats are awful.

I've found that I'll have to squeeze what I can during the day.

Members,

A great way to validate and check your progress is to check to see how you are doing. Update your program, check your graphs, check your drinking and see your progress in lights!
What milestone or goal have you achieve? Don’t forget to reward yourself for your progress in pushing forward and taking it one step at a time.
How will you be reviewing your progress this weekend?

 Samantha, Health Educator
