I wasn't "consciously" worrying, but have discontinued my progressive relaxation, so I have to resume those.
A couple of positive things which happened were that I corresponded with a cousin about a legal matter, and found a contact for some meditative readings which help me relax too.

Staying up at night worrying is no fun at all! Try checking out the section on Worry in the program. There is some good worry stopping techniques there.
I wanted to return a product, but was stuck with it, since I don't want to fight this battle today. I lost a lot of sleep over the weekend over this.
Today, i can't find the receipt for another issue, those darn bananas which the grocery store must have frozen, and they won't ripen. Maybe there's a recipe for green bananas?
All night, I felt ill since I didn't heat the soup enough, and felt really worried about my parent who wasn't well. Also, she couldn't get out to her only outside recreational meeting, and hasn't been there in months.
