Bren,
Good to hear your optimism through the whole ordeal.  Medicine makes us all equals, doesn't it?

Hi Bren.

We have been busy trying to salvage the last of the good weather so missed wishing you well. I'm glad everything went well. I've done that thrashing around and tying to pull out all my tubes and IV too. I found it was due to one specific anaesthetic. The other side effect to it is that it won't let you lie. Who ever Daniel is he (or she) is definitely some one you know. I babbled away and even sang Sunny a love song that I don't know the words too. Medications can sure do funny things too a person. And I never sing.
I hope the surgery goes well too. In fact there is no reason it shouldn't, I'm over sixty and have had fifteen surgeries all went well except for silly reactions to the anesthetic.

Well almost everything - the IV thing must have been scary!

I just got home, and all went well and good!!!
I kept doing breathing, and stayed focused, told myself i was in good hands, and the anestisiolisgt held my hand while i went under, now if i could remember who Daniel was..as i was asking for him when i woke up???
I also pulled out my IV and blood everywere??
Things like that happen i guess, but iam ok,and all done, now to rest for a couple days, before i see the next Doctor for that surgery.......
Thanks everyone!!!
Your my team!
Bren
