Bad Decision?

11 years ago 0 4027 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi Ashley,
I guess I was so surprised, and concerned because our cars were at an intersection during rush hour, and I wanted to guard my mom from harm.

The scratch did occur, but it's funny.  The more I look at it, the less of a big deal it is.

I could have exchanged information, and obtained some small amount of money for the scratch.  But people change their minds about their "generosity" sometimes.  Who knows, maybe I'll see the motorist again....

Hi Hugs,

Glad to hear you and your parents are safe. Perhaps the scratch was on the car before? Either way I think your choice was an admirable and honest one.

Somebody backed their car into mine today, and admitted fault.  I wasn't sure if the scratch on my car was there before, so I just let the person leave, even though the driver offered to exchange information.

Guess I feel dissappointed that I didn't agree to help.  I guess I might see her again...Some situations could have been more serious, and my parent wasn't hurt.
