I am sorry to hear about your family. I will keep them in my thoughts.
This sounds like a very difficult situation. Remember it is normal and healthy to feel negative emotions and unfortunately when it comes to health of loved ones the worry and hurt can be the worst. Try to make time to relax. Practice relaxation techniques and stay as positive as you can. You may want to use some of the worry stopping techniques in the worry Axillary session.
Curious Bren, you are always so good at giving support and advice to others. What advice would you give to a friend who was going through the same situation?
