Classroom-based CBT program?

Hi, nope!  I don't know where to start, except that it has to be free, or close to free, because my district won't pay for it.  It will have to be me.

twinigma,

Thanks for writing. Are there any classroom-based CBT programs that you've already looked into and found unsuitable? If so, can you please let us know which ones so that members who find options will know to discount the ones you've already reviewed? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hey everyone.  Long time no see!  I'm still doing well.  Had a solitary panic attack last week and it was my first in a year.  I didn't have the resurgence of all my symptoms after that - it was an isolated event.  So I continue to get better.

I got two Masters' degrees in Special Education so I could help children with developing anxiety disorders.  I've just received the evaluation for my very first child with panic disorder.  She's 10 and attends public school.  I have 30 days to write her Individualized Education Plan and create a program for her.  I'm desperately trying to find a classroom-based CBT program to use with her, or something that I could adapt for that purpose.  Any resources you all could come up with for her would be SO appreciated by me!  I really want to help this girl.

If I have posted in the wrong thread, please redirect me.

Thanks everyone!
