I learned to multi-task, to be patient, listen to others needs, plan, shop, clean, organize, appreciate how caregivers work hard, how difficult it is for cooks in their jobs, the importance of following directions

Interesting post topic!

What new things have you learned in the past year? How has this helped you with panic/anxiety?

I wonder if anyone would care to fill in the blank(...).  Some books have been written about learning everything in kindergarten, at IBM, at Band Camp...etc.

I think I learn a lot in the kitchen. eg. patience.

Today I tried to cook a pizza which needed 425 degrees and a bread pudding needing 325 degrees in the same oven.

Apparently the oven doesn't multi-task.

It reminds me of the song "...you can't hurry love...".
