Starting Your Day On the Right Foot

Hi Ashley,
Once I took some training which described how bad "rushing" is, in the industrial workplace.  Rushing, or not taking the time for what you're doing, causes accidents and speeds up our pace of life with negative impacts.

I'd like to control this internal stress inside me, since it seemed to disappear after my day started, although I had a good sleep, and great meditation the night before.

How do you want this to affect your day hugs?

I wonder how others ensure their days are begun so the rest of the day follows with ease?

This morning, as I prepared breakfast, I reached for a sugar bag in a cupboard, and spilled boxes of those slippery little plastic bags.  I tried to clean the spilled sugar too, which fell on the fridge, beneath the cupboard.  The bags are mixed now.

As this happened, I realized how this could affect my day, since the night before was restful.

Rushing is something I'll avoid in the future, since it changed the course of my day, possibly triggering my panic cycle.
