Just some things I am day dreaming about doing, no definite plans yet..I am not ready to make plans just now..Just dreaming a little dream as a distraction. Searching for some positive thoughts in my brain..
I'm not certain yet about plans. I need to rest to find some quiet time to reflect, and find something which resonates with my needs, etc.

Spring frightens me with the bright light uncovering all the hiding places for my GAD. Even at the best of times, I'm indecisive. I noted I'm beginning to nap during the day, and that's not great for night circadian rhythm.
On the positive side...
I have a desire to do lots of things I enjoy this spring..I can visualize doing them..which is a positive distraction, which is good..''
On the negative side I am having a lot of health problems right now..and doctors appointments and tests that I still have to go through..These things are causing me a lot of anxiety and taking up lots of my time..I am being pulled in so many directions at once that it is hard to focus on what I want to do this spring..My only hope is that these other commitments don't take up all of my time this Spring...
Thanks for getting my positve juices flowing this morning..I would like to plant some vegetables this spring. Maybe some tomatoes and zucchini. I am thinking about quilting something in spring colors, a small project like a place mat for my nightstand. I would also like to do more walking at the park and local zoo this spring and of course take a few in prompt snapshots while I am there too..
