Hi everyone
 
I haven't been on in about two weeks, I've been working on myself!
I had a good week, I went two of my least favorate places ( lowes
and home depot), I have had panic attacks everytime I go in, well
this time I went in and told myself that I could leave anytime I
wanted to and stayed until I felt myself starting to get ansy. I
started for the door but made myself stop and look at something
by the door and stayed their for about 10 mins more. I did this
at both stores! I use to just rush out of the store!! It let me know
that I don't have to leave but I can if I need to. my husband was their
with me but didn't have to leave with me, and I was proud that
I could do the last bit myself! Thanks for lisening.

Today.

I have to see my Therapist and then my Doctor.
I want to get my oil changed.
I want a hot chocolate and
I want to go to the library.
Any thing else is extra and unnecessary.

Today I plan to sit and do "nothing".  I usually feel I have to do something, a project, go for a walk, something, anything.  Today, I want to see if I can just sit and do what I feel like doing without worrying about "what should I be doing?".

Today:
 
I was able to talk about express and discuss my feelings.
I was able to ask for help.
I was able to get my anxiety/panic under control so that I can function and do what I need to do.
I was able to calm down and cook dinner.
I am now relaxing for the evening.
This is a big improvement for me.

sunny:  Thanks, I will tell my partner you like his sunrise and sunset pictures.  He takes these while we are traveling. This sunset was  taken from the side of the road while on ours travels it was unbelievable in person.  We started taking these pictures to help with my ptsd so that I would have pretty pictures and memories to save and recall.  I do love these and look at them quite often. I feel your mind stores everything your see as a picture in your mind so having these picture helps me a great deal.  They may me feel good and I like sharing them with the group and hope that they make someone else feel good also.  All of the other pictures I put up are mine, the flowers and animals etc. I am just learning how to use the camera and do enjoy it.

Red:  Your "accomplishment" as a photographer is awesome.  I've been noticing your great shots!  I can feel the atmosphere of being there.  You have a good eye.

Today I put myself first and did what was best for me again.
I was able to make some hard decisions without going into a panic
My partner and I cooked a nice dinner together

This topic "Accomplishments and Positive Things" certainly describes your work Davit.  Beautiful things you have created from natural material.  Garden is lovely too,  lots of good eating there!  Thanks for sharing your creative soul with us all.  I have to say, I'm a little envious of your "paradise on earth".  Lucky we don't know where it is, I can see us all driving down/up there. lol
