I watched a cooking show yesterday, where a chef /contestant stated he used physical movement to energize himself, so that if you watched him, you'd see him dart about the kitchen. Others just paced themselves.
That chef even had a restaraurant named "Speedy..something", named after his love for moving around quickly.
I tried that movement quickly this morning, and maybe I felt energized, since inertia can set in sometimes, especially during the winter months, where shovelling snow, scraping ice take over.
Have others any tips on energizing, not becoming slaves to inactivity, and keeping the "spark" alive
