Davit,
There's a true cost to these conditions.  I just finished being focused enough to measure our eavestroughs to get them done in spring.  A small part of them were done 13 years ago, and I remeasured these to eyeball their prices.

Right now, I'd like to jump higher than any of those balls, from my anger after looking at the exorbant prices.

I wish I could have been more present, but I suppose I wasn't doing my progressive relaxation.

It's so hard to let go of the pasts disappointments.  That's not going to happen again!

Hugs

I had one of those super balls 50 years ago. It would bounce real high off the sidewalk. One time I hit a crack and it came back and up between my legs. That taught me to concentrate, at least for a while.

Some times just plugging away is the best I can do. I've been three days (short days a couple of hours at a time). Building a gate to keep my cats away from the kitchen since my old cat is getting senile and is under foot all the time. Bit of perfectionism sneaking in here but it will be finished today and off my mental to do list.

Hi Ashley,
Although I've "done" the programme, I was recently reviewing exposure modules, since I was struggling with indecisiveness, and gained some insight so I can move on.

We must be a tough bunch to work with because our conditions make it hard to maintain any focus, at least for me.

When I was a child, there were these small "superballs" which could bounce to great heights.   That's the way my thoughts are - unpredictable, and with great by sapping energy, and leaving me feeling helplesss and directionless.

I'll just keep plugging away.
