Have You Had an AHA Experience Lately?

12 years ago 0 4027 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Today I recalled something that someone said to me years ago, 3 to be accurate.  She asked me when I was struggling with exercising, how it felt after, probably to encourage me to continue.  Today I thought of this as I was about to go to bed, since my brother had helped with some routine tasks, and I was looking to do something like these tasks.

The AHA experience was the connection with how they were both encouraging: words from one person and demonstration from another person.

Does anybody else feel that connection, even if it comes years later(I am very slow at processing!)
