Bren.

Congratulations.

Sunny is right, it does get easier. Now you have two experiences to chose from when you get anxious. The old scary one or the new pleasant one. You did it so you can do it again. Just keep the good experience in your mind. Use the thought to relax and you can do it. Proud of you!

Wonderful!  happy for your great day.  Even if you had felt a wee bit anxious, you still would have succeeded because you went and followed through to the end.  Congratulations.  It DOES get easier. :-)

I wanted to do some more exposure work today,so i went to see my ex sister in law at Mcdonalds..
It was lunch time and busy, but i did not get anxious or nervous, at all, we had a wonderful time talking and sharing, and looking at pictures from years gone by..it was good to see her,and were going to do that more often!
It was a great day for me!!!!
