Ashley,

Spring is starting out on a very positive note for me this year..I have finally started making my house a home that I feel comfortable in. I went shopping over the weekend and found some things I love to put up on the empty walls in my house. I'm printing up some my favorite photos, framing  them and putting them up. I am nesting as they call it. Something I have never done before and it really feels good..I am no long a stranger in a strange land. I am where I belong. I am home.

Ashley,
I rearranged my computer station, and am constantly trying to get rid of stuff.  Like Maggie Rose, in another forum, I do small things.  When I record stuff in  a journal, I can see where I've come.
I had to record stuff, since I noted that I could learn, since my condition would undo any progress.  I'd forget where I was, and couldn't progress, and would constantly lose things.
Organization is so important with this condition, since in internal order isn't there, and is being blown up by negativity, as I try to rebuild the core beliefs.

Taking a photo would help to, to show where you've come from, and I got a camera for Christmas.
I'ts hard for even negative thoughts, to negatively interpret a before and after picture of an improved home space, garden, etc.

Members,

Yesterday was the first day of spring, how do you feel?  No different, let’s change that!

What can you do to get the spring time in gear?

How about cleaning out the back yard
Get the old patio furniture cleaned up.
Gardening is therapeutic
Spring cleaning gives you more room.
Walking is great
Change the furniture around
Paint a room
Start a new routine

Be active in your progress and your life, Challenge yourself everyday and see the difference it can make.
