Good one Juanita.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but I will not let panic hurt me!

I love this post! Great idea. I started reading a book yesterday that gave me some "mantra's" to say to myself when I feel the symptoms of panic coming on and they have been very helpful to me today.

They are:
"I can handle these sensations."
"I can flow with this and wait for my anxiety to diminish."
"I can let my body do its thing and this will pass."
When I feel panic coming on, I just keep repeating these over and over until I'm calm again. :D

Stay positive,

I am still reading an amazing book by Susan Jeffers called Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway!

The book and this website have taught me about positive thinking.

I thought it would be encouraging to suggest you all to post your favourite affirmation.

Also, I have expanded this idea and am reducing those negative influences. I have unsubscribed from various current newsletters, stopped watching some crime shows etc. I find that as I reduce those negative images I find myself becoming super sensitive. I guess I have re-sensitized myself!

So here goes:

My favourite affirmation is:

"I am breaking through old patterns and moving forward with my life"

Your turn :)
