Mood Boosters

Good morning!

For me it is creating something out of fabric and sewing it on my sewing machine.  This is great for my mood.  It allows me to relax and forget about all the stresses in life...

hI Samantha.

For me being creative or just doing something with my hands is a mood booster. For me right now it is my lathe. An hour playing on it and the stress just washes away.

Hi Samantha:  For me a great mood booster is going for a walk and looking at the trees.  Then coming home and having a cup of green tea and a treat for the dog.  If I have a new book to read, all the better too.  Now I can cozy up and read with a cup of tea, the dog beside me.

Members,

Having a rough day? Engaging in a pleasurable activity is one of the top ways to boost your mood quickly. Other mood boosters include:
·            Physical Activity
·    Taking A Nap
·    Getting Some Sun
·    Eating A Piece Of Chocolate
·    Daydreaming

What’s your favourite mood booster?

Samantha, Health Educator
