Amazing Sweatbee!

So proud of you!

This is a huge step.  What do you think helped you stay so calm during the wedding?

Hi Sweatbee:  Congratulations!  And you made the cake too!  wow, I'm impressed.  I'm very happy for you that you not only went and survived it (so to speak), you had fun and mingled and danced.  In another six months' time you'll be that much more on the knowledge curve and experience handling your anxiety/stresses and you'll be the beaming, proud mother at your dauthter's wedding.  I believe it.

Hi All,

Just wanted to share, We went to the wedding today and I Did great not one panic attack!
I was worried because it was going to be warm so I told the bride that I might not sit in the
guest area I wound up standing with some others in the shade ( out door wedding) and things
went well. I made the cakes for the wedding and didn't get alot of sleep maybe 5 hours and
was worried about that but once again no problem. I even danced LOL. Now I have
6 months to get prepared for my daughters wedding, but I have this to look back on
It goes to show that even if we think things are going to be bad or hard we are often shown that
it can also go well!! Thanks for letting me share!  My best to all.
