It's true it works to relief my anxiety now I do my homework and write about all my feelings and I think when I'm writing it why am I so afraid to do these simple things I'm going to keep at it and remember that it's all in my head and one day I will be panic free and will be able to the simple things like staying alone at home or driving by myself.

One thing I have learned is that you can change your thoughts. Every time now when I feel some kind of symptom for example, I am excited about my sons birthday party tomorrow so today I felt a little anxious so I said to myself yes I am anxious I am excited it is my sons birthday party tomorrow and we are going to have fun. You need to immediately change your thoughts. I still have lots of practice I'm sure..I have also learned more about understanding the panic disorder how your mind can make you think something that can't happened. Thank u :)

Hi Maggie!

I am glad you like it.  It is true after only a few sessions members report relief from their anxiety.  Keep sticking with it and keep posting and you will be amazed at what you can achieve!

What is one thing you have learned so far that has helped you?
