Hi Tam.... sorry you are having a hard time.  Have you been reading the posts by and for MaggieRose who is dealing with similar anxiety.  It might benefit the both of you to have contact with each other.  Nothing like a friend that totally understands what you are going through.  Just a thought.

Once again the anxiety creeps in and I'm sure its the hormonal changes going on in my body because I am almost 36 weeks pregnant and the delivery is near. I'm not so much worried about the delivery. I still just get anxious about having panic attacks and thinking that something is wrong with me. Another part of me worries that I am going crazy or  that I will get a worse mental illness. Living in fear is really hard.

Tam,

Having anxiety flare ups after you've been doing well for some time can be REALLY tough. Just remember that a bump in the road doesn't mean total collapse of all the work you have done thus far. Call on some of the tools you have learned to help you navigate through this time. I'm confident you'll be okay again soon!

Hello Tam,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this anxiety while you are pregnant.  Do be sure to re-visit the program, there are several sessions that can help you at this time. What sessions of the program have been beneficial in the past?

Members, what tips do you have for Tam?

Well its been months since I felt the anxiety creep up on me but I think that being pregnant has brought it back on. I know that this can definitely be from the hormonal changes going on in me but I'm just a bit depressed about it coming back. Not only am I panicking about something being wrong with me but now I have to worry about if the baby is still there and okay. I hate anxiety! I was doing so well.
