It's great that you are open to trying more things to improve your situation. Have you set any goals? There is a spot for that in Interactive Tools section of the program. Are you learning CBT in counselling? It does take time and effort, but it is amazing how much it can change your life!
Welcome Fari: CBT is recognized as one of the best therapies for anxiety/stress related disorders. I hope you study the program and post often. We help each other through the good and the bad times. I echo loves trees. I did read an excellent book on it and it was a temporary fix, anxiety and panic came back. I truly believe the success lies with the progam and additionally having a support group of friends like on this site. One does not work without the other. That was my experience. Welcome to the group!
i am new here and I am not sure this is the right place to post so i hope there are no penalties.Anyway, i have been suffering from free-floating anxiety from the past 4-5 years(its been diagnosed), i tend to be a shy person, so my problems were aggravated by that.I have been seeking therapy for years but i am not sure if i hav made considerable progress, i hope to find more support and help over here.I don't really suffer from panic attacks though i hav had a couple.Anyways I hope by the end of this program i am a more assertive and positive person.I look forward to interacting with other members and sharing with them.

I hope you join in the discussions. It is amazing to hear that other people go through the same things. and you are not alone to cope with this.
