An Important Question

13 years ago 0 1665 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I tried it Ashley.  It seems the final answer to all my questions was that it keeps me from being bored.  So it seems that getting out and about and doing volunteer, artwork, something creative, keeps me from being bored.

Members,

What will this bring to your life that you don’t already have?  This question as simple as it seems can be very motivating.   Apply this question to a program goal you have then once you get an answer apply the question again.  Keep applying the answer and asking the question again, you will be amazed what you discover!

For example, one answer to this question could be increased confidence.  Now ask, “what will increased confidence bring to your life that you don’t already have.”  You might say more social connections, again ask, “What will increased social connections bring to my life that I don’t already have.”  As you can see you can go on and on!

What did you discover doing this exercise?  Get creative and if comfortable share your results!
