Thank you for your response and concern. Your right he me be the doctor for me. I do have some health issues and do need a doctor I can trust and have faith in to help me with my health issues. I'll give him a try and take it from there. I won't know if I don't try. We will adjust and get through these changes in time.
I know you have been through going through a lot and have been in a lot of pain with your illnesses for a long long time and you have a understanding of what I am going through. I do feel your pain and I do care very much about you. It was so sweet of you to post to me today. It does make me feel better knowing you are here. It made me smile picturing you working in your greenhouse doing something you love, tending to and growing your vegetables. I am glad you had a nice day.
Yes it was good that I let it all out here. Your right this is just another test and I will get through it. I have decided to put it out of my mind for now and the anxiety/panic has passed. I am feeling better now and have been relaxing and making some vegetable and bean stew with so of the vegetables I have been growing. So all in all it is going to be a nice evening.

Its really good to hear that you are on your way to having your eyes back to normal and will not have to be in pain anymore. If you can go through all you have had to go through to get this far than I guess I can deal with my Dr's too. I will be putting in a prayer for you that it goes well.
I understand the frustration. And I am glad you are taking it out here instead of holding it in. Get mad and let it go. Meds are often not the same on the bottle as the normal dose because they are adjusted to the person. They also can be higher than recommended. Take my antibiotic it is twice maximum dose and six times recommended, but this is not the norm, I just am very sick. I also am used to it. Normal doses are hard to find on the net because people are not supposed to adjust there dose. Hang in there and treat this like one more test you have passed. This will pass and soon be in the past where it doesn't count.
I just spent three hours pruning and weeding in my greenhouse, very relaxing. Wish I could do more for you than empty platitudes. But this truly will be gone and I know you, you can do this.
Hi Red: I am sorry you are going through this. If you have been reading my posts/blogs you will have read my frustration/pain with drs. on holiday, etc. I finally just had my second laser this a.m. and am now ready for my third and fourth at another hospital. Pls. don't give up on your dr. As soon as the dr. is back from holiday the information on your meds. can be clarified. It is anxiety provoking but I hope you hang in there. Thank goodness you noticed the different dosages and called the pharmacist. Thinking of you and saying a prayer as you go through this waiting period.
My biggest fear is going to a doctor. I only go if I really have too like a broken foot or something like that. I went to a Dr. Wednesday and as usual it is not going well. First time in a year. She didn't explain my meds to me so I called to ask about them. She never called me back and the only information I have is what I got from the pharmacist. Thank God for pharmacists. Anyway I noticed the dosage is different on my samples then is on the Rx. I called the pharmacy and they said thats what the Dr. called in and I would need to call the Dr. I have called her again and she is off today. I asked for a call explaining things yesterday because she would be off today. Her nurse called and said she will ask the Dr. when she gets back on Tuesday. I did tell the nurse I am not very happy with the doctor. Anyway I really have no faith in the health care system or there doctors. I do not think it is possible for me to go to my other appointment to see my new primary care Dr. this month. He is a different Dr. I really don't think I can take this kind of exposure and all of the anxiety/panic that is involved with it. I know I am ranting here but I have to do something and this is it. I have lost all of my family to incompetent doctors now. I have been through this bs before and I guess I am next. I really think I will live a lot longer if I stay away from doctors and the whole health care system. I just can't do this anymore.
