Sunny,
What a great positive idea  for Davit to think of...The visual of a picnic..esp..the pate and cuddling ..sounds so peaceful and relaxing. That inspires me too! When we were younger we went on  picnics quite often..we had sandwhiches and Kool-aid mind you, cause our kids  were there.....maybe its time for a grown-up one!

Oh phooey! I'm sorry you aren't well enough and disappointed I'm sure. Is it your leg infection?  But you know what?   Maybe you could take lovely day trips when you are feeling up to it.  I can't afford to travel too much, so I like to take day trips.  I'm very old-fashioned person, I love picnics too.  Nothing like a bottle of wine, french bread and pate and some cheese and a cuddle under the trees.  o.k. said too much now.

If I was to go I would take the train so I could see some country. But it won't likely happen, I am too sick.

Davit: flying or driving?  Whichever, I hope you have awesome weather and all goes just perfectly to plan.

I  am taking a week off in August ..to do nothing..so that probably will include this program..although I will check in, I think I need a week everynow and then just to do that...Next to Nothing!
Davit..if you go back east with your sweety..that sounds so nice..have fun...Is down east to you Ontario? Since I live in BC and come from NS.. I know alot of people out here  call down east Ontario..I consider it the Maritimes! Ontario is Upper Canada! ha. Take care

I can see no reason why summer should make any difference. If you go on holidays  you might not check in but that is no reason not to continue the program. If I do decide to go back east with my sweety for the summer I will take my computer because it works anywhere that Telus cell phones do. If some of you go for the summer I will see you after and we can exchange stories.

I plan on signing in once week to study the program sessions.  I will be working on my exposure sessions each time I leave the house this summer.  The support group I will stop by and read and drop in from time to time.  My main focus will be to keep challenging my anxious and negative thoughts by doing exposure work.  For me this means less time on the computer and more time really working the program.  I will be busy with my walking and exposure sessions most of the summer.
Well thats my plan for now.   So you all next time.  Have a nice summer.

Members,

As the summer approaches and the warm weather arrives your focus and attention may get thrown off a little. This can disrupt your professional and personal life dramatically.  Routines can be lost and your goals can be forgotten. It’s important to prepare yourself for the changes ahead to ease the transition.

Continue to work on your weekly sessions, practice exposure exercises and have some coping strategies ready for all times. Don’t let a change in routine ketch you off guard.

How do you plan on sticking to the support group and program this summer?
