WOOT!  Way to go, Davit!  That is awesome that you made it through that very big exposure with no anxiety.

There will be no one here for the next two days so I can do as I please when I please. I only have to water the green house and part of the garden. Both tractors need work and the float in the tiller carburetor has a hole in it. I may piddle around with them. But if it is nice out I may go visit.

Hi Davit:  Glad to hear you won't be needing surgery right now.  That's a relief eh? (how Canadian of me).  Too bad about the headache though for your trip.  Your landscaping plans are advancing nicely.  All those lilacs are going to smell heavenly.  I only have two bushes, one white and one deep purple.  Take it easy today after your long day yesterday.

Ashley

What helped with the anxiety is all these months of telling people that they can get better. All this positive thought, all this improvement I see here has reinforced my own positive attitude. I know the program works and I see it work. There is no room for negative thought. I know panic will still try to enter again but I do not have to put up with it. It is me causing it and it is me making it go away and it will be me making it stay away.

And that's the truth. (with tongue stuck out.)

Hi Davit,

I am sorry you had a head ache for this busy day.  It sounds like you did really well though!   No anxiety at all is amazing!

What do you think helped with the anxiety?

All

Left here at eight in the morning with a friend and a headache.I drove half way to see if the headache would go away. Tylenol didn't help. Head ache stayed all day. Two and a half hours each way. Doc says the operation is not necessary right now. Was sore walking around the hospital. Had lunch at A&W. Four more stores and then home by five.  My hired help was still here when I got home so we made supper together because I was too tired. Head ache is still there but not bad. Rob works cheap and he is good so I feed him also. No anxiety at all. I would have had fun even, if I wasn't so sore. Might have gone to more stores if I wasn't so sore and didn't have a head ache.
