Thanks for the support and yes I am excited. This is a big step forward for me in dealing with my agoraphobia. I am not sure what I will be making for sure. I am just happy to be doing something productive and stimulating my mind.

Congratulations on getting out to your greenhouse today. I know you have a real passion for growing things. I don't think planting seeds is boring I think it is very exciting. I too love to get my hands in the earth and plant and watch things grow.
I am very envious of your greenhouse and dream of having a green house of my own some day. You will have to post some pictures for us all to see as your plants sprout and grow and produce their beautiful fruit. I am sure you will have wonderful crop with all the love and tender care you put into your garden. Just like all the seeds of hope and encouragement you plant here on this site. I look forward to seeing your pics.
I await your return with bated breath because I know how hard this will be but it may surprise you. I would imagine you will be among the happiest friendliest people around. Good luck and enjoy yourself. I on the other hand am going to my green house to plant more seeds. Very boring but very necessary.

Today I am going to a quilting class. This is something I have thought about doing for the last 20 yrs. I have not been in a class room since the early eighties. Their have been many steps involved in getting to this point. There will be many steps involved in getting myself ready to get there today. I have going over the 10 questions list challenging all my anxious and negative thoughts this morning and will need to do this up until I get in the class room and beyond. I have been designing a quilt with some software I bought for my computer last week. I have been calling around about classes for the last week.
I will have to fight the anxiety and fear this morning so that I can get dressed and ready to leave. I am not sure if this class is a beginner class or not but that is not important at this point. What really matters is just getting out the front door and to the class. Their are many other classes out their that I can take on quilting or what ever. I never really liked school growing up but that was then and this is now and I really do want to do this. So here I go out to face the lions and there is no turning back now because I have posted this here. Posting this here helps give me courage and I am a women of my word so off to class I go today. Wish me luck!!!
