Hello Jordan,
nice to meet you. I'm glad you joined the forums! I've had most of the symptoms you've listed too and went back to many doctors many times and was never convinced. Lately I am believing that I am actually healthy, but when the slightest change happens to my body, I freak out. I hope you find some support here and vent as much as you need.

Hi Jorden_m,

Welcome to our online support community, thank you for sharing your story with us. You have come to the right place to receive knowledge, support and encouragement. You have already received some really great feedback from fellow members, we are always around to answer your questions and provide you with feedback.

There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you.  We are all a group of individuals who support each other.

If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests.  These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.

We also have developed a Panic Program.  This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above.  Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead.

These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free".  If you have any question or concerns with our “TOOLS”, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net.  We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have.

Please continue to strive forward and lean on us for support.

Let me add some thing to what sunny said. Not only can you get better but when you do you can actually wipe all memory of how you feel now so that you will be saying "I can't believe I was like that". That is how I am. And I still get some bad times, like last night I had a claustrophobic nightmare that tried to turn into panic but it didn't and it was because I wouldn't let it. It still woke me but it had no power over me. I did just go back to sleep and in the morning had no lingering recognition of what it was about. Stick with us and do the program. You will be well again. Guarantied.

Hello Jordan m:  Welcome to this site.  Have you ever tried Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?  That's what is offered here, the CBT prgram and it is well known fact that it is one of the best therapies for anxiety/panic disorders.  I hope you will do this program.  It's a lot to learn but you learn at your own pace and the health educators are there to help you every step of the way.  Plus, you can post here as often as you wish and vent, cry, get angry, whatever you are feeling.  This is a safe place to do it.  People here are in various stages of the program, healing.  If you read the posts, past and present you will get a good sense of what's going on.
I have had just about every symptom you have described and am now panic free so yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel.  I still get symptoms, ups and downs, but no more panic attacks. Ask as many questions as you want, someone will respond.  Keep posting and checking back.  This is a friendly site and lots of supporters.  Good luck.

Hello all... New here. I guess I joined because I didn't know what else to do. I'm 23 yrs old and am suffering from hypochondria, panic disorder and agoraphobia. My guess as to what caused my HA (hypochondria) is the symptoms that my panic attacks created. (Chest pain, dry mouth, sweaty palms, pressure in my chest, trouble breathing, tingling in my face, arms and legs, hot and cold flashes...the list goes on...) Lol. My main problem is the fact that I can't get it out of my head after doctor after doctor telling me there's nothing wrong..just anxiety.I have had an ekg, echo, ultrasound,I was hooked up to a heart monitor for 5-6 hours...blood tests, throat swabs, pretty much everything and I came out clean..but somehow I'm still convinced... Its ridiculous and I know it... I guess what I am looking for here is some friends I can talk to who understand what this is like..share some words of encouragement, and maybe in the end come out of this with some friends and possibly the cure we all have long been waiting for.. Ya know?
