Yes I want to do it. Ive been lazy, putting it off. I know I need to and I will. I know I dont want to smoke ever again. Its just lately, I feel like I need something. There is no satisfaction right now. Just the constant me in myself. Had a good appt today. Hopefully things will be moving in a positive direction.

Lance,

Setting up an exposure plan may certainly help.  Since you haven't tried it yet do you think you would be willing to?

Smoking won't make anything better.  You have been so proud of your quit.  How do you think you would feel if you did go back to smoking? Honestly think about this question.

I never really started a exposure plan. I just started making small trips. Not driving has RUINED my life and makes it so I cant go see my kids.

I wish I knew what went wrong so I could fix it. Its easier if you know what to fix.

I tried so many things, diet, excersize, supplements, not smoking! So whats worked? Basically I have made myself more miserabble by not smoking and for what? I just dont know anymore.

Hi Lance,

I know this is frustrating for you. If you were to create an exposure plan to get you driving again what do you think it woudl look like? How do you think you could keep yourself motivated to stick with the plan?

My last drive to the train station was so bad, I am not ready to try that again. I afraid, so again I am walking. Two months of having my car and now I am back where I was.

Its pretty discouraging. I just want to drive.
