Lance,

These are some major changes and assistance!  Good for you for being active in your success and we are very glad that you have shared what is working for you.  Please continue to do so and let us now how you are progressing.

We also have a sister site StopSmokingCenter.net that can assist you with tips and tools to quit smoking.  It has a similar support group as well.

Fantastic news and so proud of you!

Hello, I havn't posted in a while and I must say I am in a much better space than I was the last time. I have made changes in Diet. Eating very healthy and cut out Soda and Coffee as well as added a better multi vitamin and other supplements. Joined the YMCA and started working out. A while back I made a commitment to myself to start driving and last Sat. with the help of some friends I went and got my car. I have been making daily runs to the store on quiet streets, taking it slow. I feel this is a pretty big step as not driving has really made life harder. Between no job, not with family. Getting places added to that. I also called the tobacco quit line and have the material and patches to quit smoking. I feel and have read about how quitting can have a positive effect on anxiety and panic. Most of all (some days harder than others) I changed my attitude. It's not an easy thing to do, had to be at a point where I could, if that makes sense. Thanks to all for the support I have recieved here. Lance
