Anxious Thoughts form...

15 years ago 0 955 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Mica,

When using the Panic Attack form, it can vary from member to member and when it is most useful for them. The purpose of this form is to help you understand your attack, your triggers, and what you found helpful or beneficial to manage your symptoms. Although you were able to manage it from going "all the way' it may still be useful to complete a form to help you understand what you did to cope with your symptoms. Were you in a certain environment or was there certain thoughts you used that helped you manage the attack?

Hopefully you find the form helpful in understand your own experiences and feelings! Please let us know if you have any other additional questions about the features of the site.

Should I use the Panic Attack form when I manage to keep it from going "all-the-way" so to speak?

Thanks Ashley. I'm spending time doing the work, so i'll get as much as i can outta it. Already had an attack today, (after the fact/event!), only 60 on the fear scale & lasted 15 minutes, top. Very good for me to keep it under control until the event was over.

Hi Mica!

It sounds like you are doing great!  Keep on working through the program and reading through the forums. There are many people on here who are going through very similar experiences to yours.  We are all here to help you through it.

Stay Strong.

1st off: Hi everybody and thanks to any who care to answer my ?s.
Now that I've gotten used to filling them out in a way meaningful to me; I'm needing alot of these AT forms throughout the day. Also, should I use the Panic Attack form when I manage to keep it from going "all-the-way" so to speak? And I'm doing the Depression Program, which has an Activity Tracker form which I fill out hourly, it's time consuming, but Wow!. Just keeping track of my activities, moods, & thoughts has made a Huge difference in the way I've started thinking about things.
I just got out of the hospital, where I was admitted for my last humungous attack. Only 10 days & I'm determined to work these programs & start getting well!
(I feel good now: tomorrow the world may decide to end...)
