Hey Gilkey,

It takes time to get better but it does. I suggest starting the program here. It helped me a ton! BE kind and patient with yourself. And it is ok to cry or sleep or whatever when you need it. You are healing, give yourself time. But I assure you, it can get better! This too shall oass!

have you tried the sessions and relaxation techniques, they really help. exercise is very good for you and helps with the stress.  and posting on her and having a rant and rave now and again is very helpful!

gilkey,

Being active about your progress and getting assistance is a step to helping you.  It is controllable and step by step you will ge there.

Thanks Josie for your response

Well, I'm going to work in the hopes that interaction will help get some joy for the day.
I'm home by myself but, scared of being at home by myself.  Butterflies in the stomach, weird mentally..../sigh   Does it ever end?

gil,

Take the time to rest if needed.  Take a nap and let your body relax and heal.  It is ok to cry and you can take some you time once in awhile.

Stay home and keep a low profile, get what needs to be done, done and then concentrate on you!

I cannot seem to find a stable spot today.  No joy yet.  I just finished working out for 40 mins after taking my daughter to school.  Is it ok to cry?  I cried some.  I have to jiggle my legs.  I hope God grants me the serenity that I've felt SOME everyday since this begin in December.  Please, guys, tell me this will get better!
I hate feeling like this.
