Yes ive done my breathing and muscle relaxing unfortunatly its not working, i do keep trying think of having fun with the kids tomorrow and the anxiety goes down a little but then just comes back, its annoying me, i just hope tomorrow is better

Have you tried relaxation techniques?  Take a look in your Toolbox for box breathing and muscle relaxation techniques.  These exercises can help reduce the anxiety.  If your chest pain persists, please contact your doctor.  
 
How about you try visualizing yourself and the family around the Christmas tree, in pj's opening gifts, music and laughter in the back ground... feeling any better?  Members, have any advice for Zoe?

Im feeling very anxious tonight, itsn been creeping up last couple of days but tonights worse, breathing is getting hard and chest pains and heart going fast, i dont feel stressed, dont have anything to be stressed about as this year i have decided that we aint going out anywere like we normally do every year so i thought id be calmer than usual but im feeling alot worse and im sooo tired, do you think its just cause i know its xmas tomorrow? im just not looking forward to christams, got no festive cheer or anything

It is that time of year! 

Are you happy and sad?

Depressed and panicked?

Are you thinking of all the past experiences and memories?

Focus on the positive and keep to your resolve.  Take a great memory and dwell on it.  Don’t believe the hype, make your presents, have a small gathering, go for a Christmas walk.  It is a great time of year, but it has to be great for you, so make it what you want.

Do certain situations trigger you?  Stay away and create your own situation.  Feel the actual holiday spirit and make this about you and your loved ones.

Start your own tradition and move forward, this will be a memory to look back on.
