Thanks, Gene and Doc!  Aha, I actually pictured that purple angel you have for an avatar jumping up and down and clapping her hands.

Way to go Joe, congratulations.

It sounds like you really enjoyed yourself despite any stress.  You're right tackling & overcoming something that we we are not sure of the outcome does boost confidence.

So onward & upward ( so they say, but don't ask me who they are either).

Last week was a blast!  It couldn't have gone better!

Arrived early, was able to wake up, sleep, work hard, answer questions, delegate properly, squash fires and start fires...there were too many specifics to pin point on great thing, so I'm saying all of it was great.

Even the controversial things were handled well, still dealing with a few but nothing that I feel I can't do.  The confidence boost is just, well...it's refreshing.

Then to top it off, went out for the weekend to work off the stress I'd built up from dealing with so much...went drinking with friends for halloween...even that was a blast.  Met a buncha folks, had fun with a select few but better to have fun with a few then no fun with them all.

Man, I don't know how to say it...I know I'm not "cured", but every time I have a break and things go well, now I'm all for those things.  Just let the good mood drift a few more days then it has to, just for the sake of it.

Good vibrations all around...CHEERS!
