Have you ever had a great day, but then, out of the blue, thought to yourself "Yea everything is working out, for now..."  Premonitions like this, is often nothing more then a setup.  Challenge them!

I realized this is something else I need to work on today.  All day today things have been working out for me.  My anxiety is so subtle and low that I don't feel it.  Then I had an unconscious, habitual thought, "Yea it's good now, but that just means tomorrow is going to be hard work and filled with anxiety".

Oh snap, just then I felt that little electric shock you get right in your heart when you think something evil is looming around the corner.  Then I thought to myself, "hey, it's a good day...let today be good then I'll worry about tomorrow when it comes".

Little thoughts like that happen so automatically that I didn't even catch it until today.  Be wary of your automatic thoughts, no matter how much truth they hold, they may be one thing that's holding you back.

One thing that helps for me, is to focus on only one thing.  The rest, I write down on the side, and sort through them once my first thing is done.  Do what you decided to do first, then work on the rest.  If you have trouble figuring out which is first, write them all down and prioritize them however you see fit.

You are the King/Queen of your world, nobody can ever change that.  Thoughts become habits, so choose thoughts you want to be habit, and challenge the rest!
