Hi there CD,   It is certainly hard work for you to deal with panic attacks and anxiety as well as gallbladder pain AND the responsibility of being a full-time mom.   Have you tried deep breathing exercises as you feel the anxiety creeping up? This may help to calm you down and avoid an attack if you practice regularly. Also try journalling daily before bedtime............writing down all your feelings, thoughts and reflections of the day. This may help to organize your thoughts so they don't build up into a panic.   You're doing a fabulous job juggling everything!     Faryal, Health Educator

Thank-you nice people . Its the kids and pets that keep you going !!! I must admit its very tiring though . But at least im not working now , that was sooo hard juggling . Espically staying away two nights aweek .

Havnt been in much i know but its a combination of school hols and feeling rough . Also have got in contact to all my online buddies from a certain auction site community . Have talked to them for four years now and even met a few . I even hid myself from them when i was having the attacks . Didnt want to come across as a moaner . Did gets texts from a few of them , i kept saying i would come back now i have . But what have i come back to ??? We all are playing a scrabble game on a certain networking site . We are all hooked and are playing so many games split up between us . At least its good for your brain hehehe .

Feeling quite rough today thats why im sat here in bed on laptop , suppose im avoiding getting a PA . Im quite breathless dur to being swollen  . Fingers crossed i can control it again .

Hello CD,

I am glad you have spoken with your friend! It is nice to be able to stay in touch :) I agree with all the other who said you sound like you have a lot to deal with and are a busy lady! Between the kids and the pets, you have a full household! I am very impressed with how you handle it all. And all that with gallstones on top of it no less!

I guess I stopped in to ask how yu are doing today. Was just wondering how things were treating you. Hope you are having a good day!

Thank-you Koneko , Miki & Diva . Sniff sniff , what are you guys like . Will run out of tissue at this rate  !

I didnt get a panic attack that night , i must have fought it very well pheweeee or last night . I was a rebel yesterday food wise . I cooked a lasagne and ate some , i did not care that it set me off i needed food and that was all there was too it . Actually pain not so bad can really handle this . Just hate the constant bloat in upper abdomen which makes it hard to breathe  .

Weather so on my side with the rain , it got me out of taking kiddies out . I really couldnt face it as i was so tired . Good job we have four cute kittens that are finally beginning to walk and play to distract them  . Although im not looking forward to them going cos girls are so attached , i have told them we are not keeping them . I mean we have a dog , two cats , a budgie and a new addition a hamster ! Enough already . Now 9yr daughter wants a giant African snail  . Yes you read it right !! She has always loved snails and since she was a tot played with them in the garden making them 'homes' hahahaha such a tomboy like her mum .

Well thats me done for now , oooo my friend phoned me last night as her phone is on online we talked for ages so felt really good . Although she told me off cos im not taking the extra strong painkillers doc gave me . But you know me and tablets lol .

CD, I think you're a lot braver than you give yourself credit for.  I know you'll get through it!  Your replies are always great and always leave me with a smile.  Just do your best to keep on with that brave face and you'll be just fine!  I don't find you to be a downer at all.

Hi Cornish Dee,
I am agreeing with Diva and Breanne, you are a strong mother and friend. And a great inspiration, especially to me. All your hard work gets me motivated. Thank you for that. I'm sorry you had to have such bad panic attacks... I wish we didn't have to have them on top of all the other tiring things we have to deal with. Hang in there, we will get through.

Hiya CD,

Wow, sounds like you have a lot on your plate! I would be freaked with an operations and that kind of pain too! I find you very brave when I see how you handle it. And I agree with Breanna that you are a fantastic mom and friend. I am so impressed by you.  You are in so much pain and yet you manage to care for everyone. Kudos to you for your strength. As for feeling panicky I think it is quite normal (though no fun at all) considering all you have to deal with! Please be kind to yourself and take good care of yourself. Keep us posted on how you are doing! You are in my thoughts and sending you big hugs! Wish there was more I could do for you.

Keep me posted.
