I know what you mean!! I go with a list written down and I just tell her one after another. Must take advantage of that small time you got!! Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Feeling nervous about going to the doc's tomorrow. Not so much the physical act of it lol. I know I can do that part no problem. I just feel like allI get is a little 15 minutes to 30 minutes (if I am lucky) with the doctor once a year. The rest of the time I have to go to the emergency clinic and wait for hours to talk to her. So I find it important to really manage to tell her all this important stuff and discuss all theese important issues in such a short perios of time. As such I just don,t feel ready.I tried looking for some helpful info on preparing my appointment but found none that really helped...

My doc is great but really busy. I had to take an appointment in june to see her tomorrow! And it is like that for most docs in the region we have a shortage, a bad one... Anyway, hope I manage to get around to tell her what I need to tomorrow and manage to discuss what I want with her...
