Welcome April...

I too have found that reading through posts made me feel so much better.  Often I was able to say.."That's exactly how I feel"  or "I've experienced that"...  It is so great to know you're not alone and only makes this journey a little easier...and you make some great cyber friends out of it...

Everyone here is so supportive and have so much insight to offer

Although I am feeling really great now...and don't really experience much panic / anxiety anymore that I find this keeps me motivated to keep working on maintaining what I've learned.

I have been on here for about 2 weeks now and I cannot believe how much reading the posts by everyone is so helpful.  I still can feel my anxiety and panick rise on occasion and I do have attacks but not as regular as they were when I first started on here.  Reading that others go through similar experiences (not that I wish it upon anyone) is comforting because you really feel alone and in a tunnel when having a panic attack regardless of who around you knows because you sink into yourself and are consumed with your thoughts only.  Thank you to everyone who has shared their stories on here, it is helping more people than you realize!!
