Hello Cornish Dee,
I'm glad to hear you were able to be yourself again. And as others have said I also love how you keep persevering and keep moving forward while having all these obstacles in your hand. You really are an inspiration and thank you for being one!
Much much love.

Hey there Cornish Dee.  Sorry to hear about the row with the neighbours.  Certainly fuels my belief system about staying isolated from people and groups so I never get caught up in that nonsense.

But you have inspired us all the do some rope climbing or obstacle coursing.  I've been getting to our little gym at lunch and am actually starting to see improvement with the weight being lifted slowly moving up,  the speed and distance on the treadmill inching up.  Microscopically incremental but moving in the right direction.

Hiya CD,

Well I find you trying to be positive even when stuff gets in the way very commendable. And if you don't always succeed well that is ok too :) We can't be perfect!

I am glad for you that your friend called. and hey busing exposure to go visit a friend sounds like a lovely goal! I am glad that you both are going to put in effort to stay close to each other even though geographically you might not be.

As for having muscles you didn't know you had, I have had that feeling in the past. Hang in there, it will pass! Silly you running aroun when all achy but I get it. Sometimes the house just needs to get done!

Good ironing and I hope you pain subsides quickly. Thanks for the updat and be good to yourself today.

Lol i try to be postive , things get in the way though . But am a great believer in positive thinking .

My friend called me last night , i was really happy . Because the anxious part of me thought she wouldnt contact me again .

Diva get that vision of me outta your head , omg i can hardly move today my arms are sooooo painful , Didnt know i had them muscles  . But im a stubborn fool i havnt stopped around my house . Its been so neglected i was feeling ashamed .

Thanks for the lovely reply Josie , shes moved to far to walk . Just a few miles i think but its Cornish miles !!! So when she's settled i will bus there , hey thats some exposure tests for me to do anyway . She dosnt drink tea or coffee but i live really close to the giant supermarket she goes to so will pop in sometime she said . Um she did tell me off in the phonecall last night too , i smuggled a new home card in her car before she left and she read it when she finished . Ooops naughty me , but i meant everyword i wrote in there .

Oooo have to go and stand up , have just eaten a roast dinner and its beginning to hurt me so going to iron the clothes till it settles .

Sounds like you had a lovely day CD!  You're always so positive so I know you'll get through whatever comes your way!  Hope you can get to sleep again soon, keep in touch with your friend no matter what!

Dee,   Good for you for getting in there and being active with your family!  Doing this once a week can help with the exercise and the family dynamic.  I am sure your girls would have no problem hanging out with their mom!   You friend did not go far so continue communication and use this to your advantage.  How far did she move?  Can you walk and make some exercise of it?  This can help increase your exercise level and it is a great stress reliever, which will help you with sleep.
Turn this sad time into a positive one and have your friend over for coffee/tea once a week.  Use this opportunity to go and help her settle in. Is there any other neighbors that you have talked too?  Invite them over for the coffee date as well.   Don't forget to stretch those muscles after tedious workouts and movements, it will help them heal better.

Thought i would post in the success section for once lol .

Well last few days have been mostly postive and very very busy . Will do the good bit first . Yesterday i spent the whole day out with my family on a picnic to a fantastic place . It was a clay museum and nature walks . And did those girls of mine keep me busy  . I went on my own with them on a huge assault course fit for the army while hubby and father-in-law looked at things men find interesting  .

I popped a couple of painkillers and off i went talk about GI Jane haaaaaaaa , i must have looked a sight cos i saw myself in the mirror when i got in . I was my old self for the first time in years and i loved it . Just seeing their happy faces playing with the 'old crazy mummy' was priceless . Oh it did feel good , i honestly cant remember how long its been since i felt like that . Ok i did have the occassional anxious feelings and thoughts but i pushed them away each time they came .

Downside now , neighbour is being an not gunna swear so will say awkward . Im quite anxious as i live in a close with only 12 properties in so know most people here . He is going to them and speading nasty rumors , huh . Other bad thing is that i only have one friend , she is a neighbour here BUT she moved today . It was torture watching her go , i am really sad . My husband and me also helped her pack the van ( eeeek more muscles used , im paying for it now , still doc said to exercise ) . She is only moving a few miles away and gave me her new phone number so thats one thing at least . Not the same as having her on my doorstep as she was my only safe person outside my hubby .

I feel quite unsettled atm and have been sleeping awful , still waking at 1am to my horrible breathing but all whats going on im not suprised and im beginning to hurt abit anight now .

Well thats me done for now , take care everyone .
