HI, this morning I went with my hubby and my brother in law to the minneapolis farmers market.
We left at 6:45 and when we got there it was packed.  I felt a bit dizzy and panicky at first.  I knew it would be busy, but I thought it would be a good challenge.  At first I wasnt feeling great, then I realized I hadnt eaten much of a breakfast, so I got a scone thing and a lemonade.  After that I felt a bit better and not so dizzy.  Then I had a hot dog and felt a lot better.  I was able to walk thru the crowds and not feel shakey, by the time we left, I was in the mood to walk around again.  We spent the day out driving up and down to different stores, so  I got to work on my different challenges, and we had to go up and down on a busy highway, at one point, bumper to bumper and we were in the inside lane with a big bus next to us.  I kept saying, "you'll be fine" and trying to look the other way, and then the traffic was moving and we were out of it.  It was a challenging day, but  I feel I did well. Does anyone else have a thing about being stuck in traffic? I like to be on the outside lane, i'm not good boxed in, in the middle lane, especially round big semis, I get really nervous.
