Popsy Your symptoms are very similar to mine. A constant fear in my stomach and hard to pinpoint its source. Sometimes it leads to a real anxiety attack. I am working through the sessions here and I really do notice a difference. Currently I am at session 4 'exposure' and am apt to be for quite a while. Just try it and it will all become less confusing. Anyhow, welcome and post often, sometimes it just helps to write it all down. Michael

Hello Popsy, I'm sure the more you get into the program the clearer it will get for you. For myself the info has helped me define my fears and recognize what might really be at the base. Like starting this program I thought I suffered from social anxiety but after reading about agoraphobia that describes me so much better because I enjoy being with people very much it's the feeling of confinement or not being able to leave a situation that bothers me. At one point in my life I was married to an alcoholic and all the stress related to that caused me much anxiety. I felt that constant dread and feeling of constant anxiety. I was in a support group for years and it was literally a lifesaver. That is why I am here, I know support groups can make a huge change. This one seems to have a lot of good info! Hopefully you can find relief as I am finding with caring people. Birdie

Hi im new on here. I also post in 'No More Panic' does anyone else? Im trying this programme to see how it goes for me. Im a bit confused by it so far though as it seems aimed at people who experience panic attacks because of 'things' (which i do too) but my 'main' problem is constant anxiety which ultimately ends in a panic attack and i cant actually associate it with anything, accept the constant fear which is around daily ( a feeling of dread) which in the end i get so tired and frightened of i cant cope anymore! Does anyone else have this? Or am i in the wrong place? HUGS Charlotte x x x
